A background in Social Anthropology, User-Experience (UX), design, business and teaching results in a wealth of knowledge and experience to create effective and meaningful designs.
I use a user-centred approach to design ,linked to user experience (UX), that digs deep to understand the needs and behaviours of your target audience. Through user personas, market comparisons, customer journeys and user testing, these insights feed into the design and decision making process to create the right message tailored for the right people.
