Natasha Musson, The Secret Stylist

The Brief:
To redesign Natasha’s existing website that (in her words) was outdated and in need of a redesign. The site needed to convey her business, experience and skills over the last decade whilst bringing it up to date to meet the needs of her audience.

The tone:
Creativity, energetic, confident, skilled, trust-worthy and honest

What we did:
We worked on adding eye-catching colours to add to the brand colour palette whilst keeping her well-known Secret Stylist logo. Through weekly 1:1 sessions over Zoom (this was a lockdown project) we identified the different types of clients she helps and then titled her services and pages according to their needs. We also added plenty of striking and colourful photos to reflect the variety of projects Natasha has worked on as well as some simple but fun icons.

The feedback:
”Helen coached me through the process with weekly 1:1’s via zoom. Setting homework tasks, she pushed me to really dig deep and think about what my customers wanted to see and read.
I looked forward to our weekly meetings and as well as professional website design, I felt like I was having weekly business coaching as well.
Helen has transformed my website into a professional pimped up masterpiece! I am so proud of it. It talks to my customers but it totally reflects me and my work.
Helen is clever, calm, strategic and patient. I can’t wait to work with her again!”
